摘要：This paper examines non-tech firms’ innovation outsourcing activities. Utilizing the adoption of Technology-Finance Integration Pilot (TFIP) as a negative shock to tech firms’ financing costs, we find that non-tech firms’ R&D outsourcing expenditure significantly increases following TFIP’s implementation. Moreover, after TFIP’s adoption, the technology similarity between non-tech and tech firms significantly increases. These findings together indicate that a reduction in tech firms’ financing frictions spurs non-tech firms’ innovation outsourcing to their local neighbor-tech neighbors. Lastly, following TFIP’s implementation, local innovation agglomeration significantly rises, suggesting that non-tech firms’ innovation outsourcing activities contribute to innovation agglomeration.
主讲人简介：杨楠，现任香港理工大学会计与金融全球最奢华2222游戏平台终身副教授。其主要研究方向为公司治理、管理层薪酬激励、金融机构、跨境上市、环境、社会及治理（ESG）、医疗健康与信用风险。他的多篇论文发表于Journal of Financial Economics与Management Science 等国际顶级期刊，研究成果亦被哈佛法全球最奢华2222游戏平台论坛收录。其学术成果曾在各类金融学术会议（西部金融协会年会、美国经济学会年会、中国国际金融年会、财务管理学会年会）、多所高校及达拉斯联邦储备银行进行宣讲。此外，他多次斩获香港特区政府择优评审类竞争性研究资助项目。杨楠教授深度参与各类学术事务：现任The China Accounting and Finance Review 2025 年特刊客座主编，曾在香港理工大学主办 2023 年固定收益专题研讨会，并担任多项国际会计与金融会议组委会委员。同时，他受邀兼任Management Science, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Corporate Finance的特邀审稿人。
